HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?

Please note, no exchange or returns on promotions, flash sales, sale collection or accessories.
DO YOU RESTOCK?
We do occasionally re-stock styles upon popular demand. If your size is unavailable in a particular style, we suggest emailing email@example.com and advise the style and size you are after and we will notify you if it becomes available.
HOW DO I USE A PROMOTIONAL CODE?
Once you've reached the checkout stage, enter your promotional code into our discount bar, enter the correct code and click 'Apply'. If the code is valid, your discount will be applied!
Please note, only one promotion/discount code is redeemable per order.
WHAT IF MY ITEM IS FAULTY?
We aim to provide our customers with products of the highest standard and quality. If you received an item with a manufacturing fault, our team will aim to resolve the problem as quickly as possible. Contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org
HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO RETURN AN ITEM?
Any returns must be sent back within 7 days of receiving your parcel.
HAVE YOU RECEIVED MY RETURN/WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND OR?
Once we recieve your return, we will process it within 1-3 business days. Please note that your financial institution may need an extra 3-5 business days to clear the funds back into your account.
HOW LONG IS DELIVERY?
Australian orders are shipped via express post for next day delivery to metro areas. Delivery will take an extra day to Western Australia and South Australia. International orders will take between 1-3 weeks.
WHAT HAPPENS IF MY PARCEL DOESN'T ARRIVE, OR IS LOST IN TRANSIT?
Once your parcels have left our warehouse they are then property of Australia Post. The Frow Boutique is legally not responsible for lost or damaged goods. However if your parcel does not reach you within our delivery time, we will do all we can to track and find your parcel for you. Please contact us at email@example.com if you would like us to help track your pracel.
We provide care labels on all of our garments to ensure they keep their original quality. For garments that specify dry-clean only, we recommend the use of a specialty dry cleaner. If your garment is damaged because it was washed incorrectly we are unable to accept them back as a return.
